1. At least one of the authors must make a registration and attend the conference in order for their paper to be included in the ICEFA 2026 eProceedings, IEEE Xplore, and Engineering Index.

2. You are eligible to present maximum one papers as the first author with a registration.

3. You can pay your registration fee via conference website and Bank Wire Transfer. The detailed information can be found in the conference website https://icefa2026.aconf.org/index.html. If you choose Bank Wire Transfer, and indicate “ICEFA+Paper number+First author's family name (example: ICEFA 02 Wang)”. Then, please prepare the electronic version of the voucher, and "upload voucher" on the conference website, so that the financial personnel can process your payment timely and accurately.

Of course, you can register on-site during the conference coverage.
